Buyer reviewShane always either answered our questions or found out for us if he didn't know and let us know right away. He also always offered to help contact people for us and set things up for us. We were wondering if the furnace could be moved in our house and he offered to and called someone to come to the house and see if it could be moved even though it wasn't something that would have changed our mind about getting the house.

Seller reviewWe were not aware when first meeting Gayle and listing our acreage she was just beginning her career as a realtor. She gave the impression she had done this career for years. She was that good! When we met with Gayle in April, she had definitely added to her knowledge in the twenty years since our first listing. She knew multiple advertising techniques, how to use several modes of communicaton, and did not hesitate when we asked questions. It was quite evident Gayle knew about current real estate issues, and she loves her career. Between the time of the offer, negotiating terms, and receiving a call to schedule the closing date, I would have bet Gayle had worked 24-7 just on our listing, She is that good!! Gayle loves her job, and I recommend her without hesitation to anyone buying or listing a home. You will also get a calendar for Christmas for at least twenty years from her, and she will amazingly greet you by name if you happen to see her in public. She is good!!!
