Seller reviewWe were not aware when first meeting Gayle and listing our acreage she was just beginning her career as a realtor. She gave the impression she had done this career for years. She was that good! When we met with Gayle in April, she had definitely added to her knowledge in the twenty years since our first listing. She knew multiple advertising techniques, how to use several modes of communicaton, and did not hesitate when we asked questions. It was quite evident Gayle knew about current real estate issues, and she loves her career. Between the time of the offer, negotiating terms, and receiving a call to schedule the closing date, I would have bet Gayle had worked 24-7 just on our listing, She is that good!! Gayle loves her job, and I recommend her without hesitation to anyone buying or listing a home. You will also get a calendar for Christmas for at least twenty years from her, and she will amazingly greet you by name if you happen to see her in public. She is good!!!

Buyer reviewShane was very helpful in my purchase. He had an answer for every question I had and also provided more information so I wouldn't have too many questions or concern. He was friendly and treated me like I was his number one priority. I respected that he was looking out for both me (the purchaser) and the seller so we all would feel good about the transaction. Also Shane would take time outside of work to find out and answer my questions that I would ask as soon as I thought about them, which I consider to be an excellent person and worker considering it was his free tI'm but he wanted to help me out as much as possible. I will recommend Century 21 to anyone and also Shane Anderson so they can get the excellent care that I had received.

Seller reviewWhen my husband and I started considering selling our home, we were unsure if we wanted to hire a realtor or not. I did a Google search of realtors in Brookings, Gayle was the only one that had outstanding reviews. Based on the reviews we decided to contact her for a free market evaluation, still with the understanding we were not 100% sold on using a realtor. After our free market evaluation, that was amazingly assembled, Gayle was not pushy about the sale at all. She just told us to think on it for a few days and let her know either way, if we wanted to hire her or not. In her market evaluation of my house she was confident she could get me much more money for my house than I had hoped for. My house was on the market for less than a day and we got an offer that we accepted! I was shocked that the house sold that quickly and we got what we wanted for it. Since the house sold much quicker than we thought it would, I was a little stressed out. But she handled all of my questions with grace (as I ask a lot of questions when I'm nervous or stressed). She made all of the appointments (inspection, assessment, etc.) and she was very understanding of our schedule. She was always willing to meet us whenever was best for us. Selling our home was very hands-off for us. Gayle handled everything and kept us updated on what was happening and what the next steps were. Alongside selling our home, we are also working with Gayle to build our new home. She has been amazing contacting the contractor and getting any questions we had answered in a timely manner. I would recommend Gayle's services to anyone looking to buy or sell in and around Brookings.
