Buyer reviewI've known Gayle for many years and know that she has the expertise and attention to every detail in everything she does which is very important to me. We kept in contact over the last couple of years and she knew I was looking for a small house that would fit my budget. Not an easy thing to accomplish in Brookings. I saw this home in Aurora on the website and she set up a showing. From there she was great through the entire process even while she was out of town during the negotiations. I would highly recommend Gayle to anyone!!

Buyer reviewShane was very diligent and took the time to note everything we liked and disliked about each property we looked at, whether is was something big or some tiny detail. Because of this, he had a "good feeling" we were going to like the home we eventually bought and was ready to go with the paperwork when we wanted to make an offer. He was extremely prompt with all of our requests, and we asked quite a bit from him! We loved working with him and would recommend him to anyone!
