Seller reviewJanean made this a very enjoyable experience. It took quite awhile to sell, but I did not see this as a problem any realtor could have solved any faster. Janean was extremely thorough, and communicated with me by both e-mail and phone in a very prompt manner. I had to call her once or twice on weekends, and if not available, got back to me before the end of the weekend. She was very respectful to all parties involved. I would recommend Janean and Century 21 to anyone looking to either buy or sell property

Every question we had she went above and beyond to find the answer and always very quickly. The amount of time she spent with us to find our perfect home was incredible. We'll never forget her spending an entire Sunday with us finally parting ways after 7PM!

Buyer reviewJanean was so excellent in taking care of me and my needs/concerns thoughout the process. The process did get a bit rough but not due to Century 21 or Janean. She helped keep me calm and kept me informed as a first-time home buyer. I absolutely would recommend her! I do not have experience with other brokers in the company, but if I was treated the way Janean treated me by another broker, I don't think anyone can beat the company as a whole!

Seller reviewVery professional presentation. Excellent photos that presented our property. A family members previous experience with Gayle put her at the top of the list. Our Hansina property had two offers the day the agent tour was complete. Gayle received a complete vote of confidence from our son who had previous experience with Gayle's professionalism in selling a home. We found his evaluation accurate.
