Buyer reviewWe met Janean at an open house where we had stopped by. She asked if we were working with any realators and we said not really. She took our information and we explained the items that we were looking for in a dream home. A few weeks later she emailed us about a house that would soon hit the market, and explained it had many of the things we were looking for and in our price range. We set up an early showing and it was Absolutley the perfect house. Janean always handled everything very professionally while still making you feel that she was completely on your side. As first time home owners she was there for every panicked moment, every late night call and random questions on the middle of a Saturday. She made that process easy for us even though we had no idea what we were doing. She was fantastic, I would recommend her to anyone! She found us our dream home and that's not something everyone can do , I will forever be grateful to her. It was fantastic! I couldn't believe how much Janean remembered from our 5 minute conversation about what we were looking for in a house, and somehow found us the perfect home. She went out of her way to reach out to us about this property and I so thankful or we probably wouldn't be home owners right now.

I have known Shane Andersen for years, so it was an easy choice to use him, and I am glad I did. Shane had the right marketing plan and helped us set the right price for our house because even during the slow season for real estate, we got the offer on the house a week and a half after putting it on the market. And he helped us resolve an issue found in our house with the best possible outcome. The house closed on schedule and everything went according to plan. I would highly recommend using Shane Anderson and the team at Century 21 when buying or selling a home in Brookings!
