My wife and I used Jeff and Dennis to sell our home in Kings Grant in LaPlata. They were incredible! Not only were they knowledgeable but friendly and thorough as well. We had listed our house for sale a little more than a year prior to working with Jeff and Dennis to no avail. In fact it was a bad experience. Jeff and Dennis showed our house at that time and provided feedback that was brutally honest, something our agent at that time had not done although we continually asked her for it. When we decided to try again in 2019 we looked into Jeff and Dennis as well as other agents as we were a little "gun shy" now. We had a friend in the business run reports on home sales in our specific neighborhood and compared many factors. Jeff and Dennis came out on top of our list which was great since we already appreciated their candor and knowledge of what sells a home! So we contracted with them and we were very very happy with the entire process all the way up to the sale. Not only were Jeff and Dennis consummate professionals, but their assistant Brittany was also very professional as well. Even the contractors they recommended to us for repairs were first class and we will be using their services from here forward! Have no doubt in Jeff and Dennis! They will get it done for you and make you feel like it's their own home they are selling! We just cannot say enough about these two men!

Jeff Sutten, Dennis Burks, and Brittany Dixon have been doing a really good job with how everything went and the marketing was excellent. Due to no fault of the team. We were in the middle of an ongoing back and forth due to a government shutdown and a not so helpful underwriter it took some time for the sale to go to closing. I do not blame the team as they have been on top of it throughout the whole process. Jeff, Dennis and Brittany are a top notch team that gets the job done.
