Seller reviewJeff Sutten, Dennis Burks, and Brittany Dixon have been doing a really good job with how everything went and the marketing was excellent. Due to no fault of the team. We were in the middle of an ongoing back and forth due to a government shutdown and a not so helpful underwriter it took some time for the sale to go to closing. I do not blame the team as they have been on top of it throughout the whole process. Jeff, Dennis and Brittany are a top notch team that gets the job done.

We excepted his recommendations on "things that could help sell the house" and we knew he had a best interest. Dennis even had estimates from painters, carpet company, septic/water, when we arrived in MD. Again, he did ALL the work. Dennis Burks is the Realtor for you if you want your house sold. What a wonderful experience we had selling our home with the invaluable service we got from Dennis Burks. He was on top of every need we could have had. Starting with the first phone call while we were in AZ, we felt like he was the "Man" for us. I would definitely recommend his services for anyone trying to sell their home. We also had great service from Jeff Sutten who took pictures of our place that allowed for an interested party to request a viewing. I call them My Dream Team. Not enough THANK YOUs for them. I couldn't have ask for anything more. They gave their absolute 100% to the sale of our home. Went on the market on Saturday and we had a contract on Sunday. I call that FANTASTIC.

When it was time to list our home, Jeff provided us with a list of comparable properties so we could come up with an accurate listing price. It turns out that we received an offer that was very close to our asking price. Jeff gave us regular updates on market activity and what he was doing to market our house. Although there are many fine agents in the area, I can't think of any who are better than Jeff Sutten!

Seller reviewJeff Sutten is the best of the best in Southern Maryland weather selling, buying or renting out a property. We have used Jeff for years. When purchasing our home in Waldorf he listened to what our needs were and where we needed to be. Always there to answer our questions and finding a solution to our problems. He was there to help us find a renter for the property we were moving out of and that it was in our best interest for a long term rental. Kept us updated with the housing market until it was a good time to sell that property as well. When moving out of state Jeff was right there all along to recommend a realtor in South Carolina and took care of us once again. Dealing with our new builder and assuring that he would get our home sold as per the contingency in the contract and of course he did. We have also recommended Jeff to friends who have used him and were very satisfied. We highly recommend Jeff and if we ever move back to the area he would be our first phone call.
