Seller reviewJeff Sutten and his partners worked with us closely from the beginning to ensure that our house was market ready. When it was time to list our home, Jeff provided us with a list of comparable properties so we could come up with an accurate listing price. It turns out that we received an offer that was very close to our asking price. Jeff gave us regular updates on market activity and what he was doing to market our house. Although there are many fine agents in the area, I can't think of any who are better than Jeff Sutten!

Seller reviewJeff Sutten is the best of the best in Southern Maryland weather selling, buying or renting out a property. We have used Jeff for years. When purchasing our home in Waldorf he listened to what our needs were and where we needed to be. Always there to answer our questions and finding a solution to our problems. He was there to help us find a renter for the property we were moving out of and that it was in our best interest for a long term rental. Kept us updated with the housing market until it was a good time to sell that property as well. When moving out of state Jeff was right there all along to recommend a realtor in South Carolina and took care of us once again. Dealing with our new builder and assuring that he would get our home sold as per the contingency in the contract and of course he did. We have also recommended Jeff to friends who have used him and were very satisfied. We highly recommend Jeff and if we ever move back to the area he would be our first phone call.

The house was quite a hike from LaPlata, but that did not hinder them from getting photos done, yard signs up, open house, ect. This sale was a lot of work with a lot of back and forth and these two never missed a beat and made it look easy. I would recommend Dennis and Jeff to anyone. Thank you.
