Our sale was unique as I had already moved, and he had deal with me someplace else, and my wife at our house. He always had the information I needed, and always promptly responded to my questions. I was worried our house would sit for a while because the other houses in my subdivision sat for months without sale. It took only 13 days to get an offer! SOLD!!! There is no doubt that I would use Jeff Sutten as my agent if I lived in the area, or moved back. I've recommended him to my friends, and I hope they choose him if they need an agent. Thanks Jeff!

Buyer reviewI saw a house I wanted to look at on zillow and Dennis from Century 21 was the listing agent. I contacted him and he responded quickly without being pushy and showed me other properties as well. Dennis was fantastic. He was our champion, working through a few issues that kept us from closing on the property. He was extremely knowledgeable and responded quickly with great advise and direction. He wasn't pushy but coached us when he knew the direction my wife and I wanted in our property purchase. I felt I had known Dennis for years! He took the time to get to know about my family and engaged in friendly conversation...but yet stayed on course. Dennis was out of town on the day we closed and Jeff Sutton stepped in. I had met him before, but he and Jeff are cut from the same mold. Jeff was very friendly, outgoing and provided valuable help in closing on our property. He also was a great resource for local information from medical needs to restaurants. Another delightful experience with this agent. I've gained a new friend in Dennis...and another in Jeff.
