There is nothing short of describing Kay as the most polite, understanding, patient, friendly, interpersonal, yet very professional person with a wealth of knowledge that you could do business with. In no time, Kay completely understood what we were looking for because she paid attention to what our likes and dislikes were after the first few showings. From then on, we consistently received exactly what we needed. Kay from the start of our journey was very knowledgeable about my needs. I live in Florida, I had no idea of what needed to be done. Kay provided me with all my options and we both decided renovation was my best option. She acted like my foreman, getting bids, quotes, and estimates on everything from walls, windows, floor, plumbing, electrical, appliance, to locks on doors just everything.
