Seller reviewKay did a lot of very complex things that I don't think very many other people could have pulled off. A few highlights: * She helped get my tenants out * She coordinated contractors to fix parts of the house * The appraiser came in under the sale price. She appealed and was able to get him to add another 10k back onto the price, which left us only 4k under. I'm very glad I went with her. I think there are very few people who could have done what she did.

Seller reviewDanny is intimately involved with 4600 Duke Street condominiums. He helped us in the process of determining what was needed in the rehabing the two bedroom unit. Danny was patient throughout the process of our making selections and working with our contractor. I appreciated his expertise in selling other condos in the building to provide a fair market value for our unit. He didn't hesitate to offer advice throughout the process. An excellent job was done on his part in keeping me informed throughout the negotiations with the buyer. I would recommend Danny Leung for his familiary with the property, his willingness to provide help thoughout the process, his keeping the process on track, and follow through in bringing the property sale to conclusion. Danny is a trustworthy and inspiring agent for Century 21 Redwood Realty.
