We immediately felt we were in the best hands possible thanks to Heidi's extensive experience and professionalism. She went above and beyond to explain every part of the process and was constantly available and attentive. Heidi answered our calls and texts at 9:30 pm on Friday nights and 8 am on Sunday mornings. She quickly picked up on our tastes and wasted no time showing us homes that would be a clear "no". Heidi provided critical advice to us as first timers, but was never pushy and always catered to our needs and best interests.
