She has a wonderful way of making you feel relaxed and good about each step of the process because it is explained in detail (multiple times if needed) so that you never make a decision without knowing all the facts. Heidi walked us personally through each portion of the buying process and didn't give up when we turned down house after house. Heidi is an excellent realtor. From the very beginning, she was in tune with what we were looking for and she really listened to our house needs and wants. She was respectful of our budget and always made time to get us into showings as quickly as possible. Which is critical in this market. She helped us spot things in houses that I didn't even know to look for or ask about. Her knowledge of the market and buying process was incredible and extremely valuable. I always felt like she was looking out for us. At the time it was a sellers market, so properties were moving quickly. Because Heidi was so on top of everything, she emailed us a listing the morning it went up. We were able to see it that very same day and Heidi wrote the offer for us while we were still there, in their driveway! She even had her appraiser block out a time for the following week for us, in hopes of the seller accepting our offer. Here's the best part: she knew we weren't the type of buyers that would write a letter to the seller telling them why we loved the house and how it was such a good fit for us, etc, so she wrote the letter for us! And it was because of her letter that we were able to secure our dream house. She was able to write such a moving letter because she understood us so well. And she remained committed to us by helping us with all of our deadlines, appraisal (which she expedited), inspection and closing. When our inspector said we would need a new roof, she immediately got her roofer on the phone and arranged a time for him to come out and give us a bid. She even coordinated and attended a meeting with the seller to address our questions about the house and the sprinklers, humidifiers, outside lights etc. So let me make this clear: Heidi is an amazing realtor who we would trust and recommend 100 times over. You will not find better!
