She knows the area extremely well and understands the business in this aggressive market. Also, the office at Century 21New Millennium where Cheryl works functions as a team. Cheryl has the support from the personnel within the office and in the field (repairs) that makes her and Century 21 New Millennium successful. If anyone were to ask me what to consider if selling or buying a house today. I would say, you want someone who understands the market has changed, has the experience to handle the way selling and buying homes is today and has the skill to accomplish it with professionalism. As the market fluctuates you would want someone with the ability to convey what is going on throughout the process. Choose Cheryl Bare, it is a wise decision and she can successfully get it done.
