Seller reviewWe have known Cheryl for years and she sold my mother and mother in laws houses previously. Her commitment, knowledge, communication skills, and quick response time makes her the right choice for us. Cheryl helped us realize what we needed to do with our house to ready it for sale and even helped us pick paint and flooring. She was in constant communication with everyone involved in our sale process even having us sit in on a telephone call between her and the buyer's loan officer. Cheryl priced our house appropriately and we received full price. Cheryl Bare loves her career and as her client you will feel like you are as important to her as family.

Seller reviewCheryl was professional and firm when it came to doing what it would take to sell our house. We listened to her, did as she instructed and had 3 contracts in 5 days. I think that says it all. She and her staff were great and if or when we buy again we will contact her for help in procuring a new home
