We had a lot of bumps along the way but they helped us solve them quick and efficiently. Within 3 days we had a contract on our home. Both her and Melinda were there for every step of the way. They helped us find our new home that we will move into in a few weeks. I would highly recommend Cheryl to anyone I know looking for a realtor.

Buyer reviewCheryl was amazing in her job and helping my family and I, in this whole process. There were a lot of obstacles in the purchase of the property. From renting the former residence to the sellers not cleaning the house in a respectable timeframe near signing. Cheryl was incredible in making this process as smooth as possible. Talking to the sellers realtor and giving referrals to reputable companies for inspections and other services. I would 100% recommend and work with Cheryl again. She knows her area to the highest extent and best in her field.
