They had a plan on how to find a property that met our needs even using non traditional methods before and during the COVID19 pandemic. Cheryl did exactly what she said! She had everything lined up and ready to go. Her attention to detail and insight paid off dividends when negotiating with the seller. Cheryl is hands down the best agent I've EVER worked with. This is my fourth property and it just may be my last. She helped us find the dream home for the best price and location. I have already referred several of my Military colleagues to seek her out because she is simply the best.

Buyer reviewCheryl was amazing in her job and helping my family and I, in this whole process. There were a lot of obstacles in the purchase of the property. From renting the former residence to the sellers not cleaning the house in a respectable timeframe near signing. Cheryl was incredible in making this process as smooth as possible. Talking to the sellers realtor and giving referrals to reputable companies for inspections and other services. I would 100% recommend and work with Cheryl again. She knows her area to the highest extent and best in her field.

Seller reviewThe absolute best, 5 offers in only 4 days! Cheryl gave us clear guidance on how to prepare and stage our home and was spot on with pricing options. She had all the answers, always provided options and implications and was in control of the entire process. And despite her busy schedule, she always made us feel like we were her only customers. If we were grading on a scale of 1 -10 she'd get an 11, can't imagine anyone doing it better!
