Seller reviewCheryl Bare is a Jewel. My husband and I were impressed with Cheryl from our first meeting. Cheryl explained everything in GREAT detail. She left no stone un-turned. She is very thorough and very knowledgeable of the real estate market. Cheryl doesn't go after the "high" number for a sale; she goes with what she know would sale. If I had taken her advice from the start, my home would've sold much sooner. However, the home did sale relatively fast. I HIGHLY recommend Cheryl. She takes GOOD care of her clients. She leaves no stone unturned. We had many conversations at all times of the day/night. If I had a question, Cheryl was quick to pick up the phone and call to be sure I was clear and good with everything. My daughter is preparing to purchase her first home later this year. We are definitely using Cheryl!

Cheryl Bare and Melinda Sasscer were just great to work with I really felt comfortable and confident with them Cheryl Bare and Melinda Sasscer were always there when i needed them if I had questions or concerns they were always there for me Melinda Sasscer was Incredible! She was always there when i needed anything. I had an previous experience that did not go to well but Cheryl Bare and Melinda Sasscer were the best and I have already told family and friends about them
