She helped us navigate the complex process of building a new home while listing and showing our existing home – a unique rural property with a very small target market. She patiently responded to all our calls, emails and never-ending questions, and remained polite and professional even when handling challenging situations and difficult personalities. She has many professional contacts in the area, and helped us find everything from contractors for home repairs to a mortgage company who handled construction loans. I strongly recommend Cheryl to anyone looking for a real estate professional who has an in-depth knowledge of the market, strong negotiating and contract-writing skills, and a genuine caring for her clients!
