Seller reviewCheryl Bare of Century 21 New Millennium and her assistant, Melinda Sasscer, were a wonderful team at work for us. Cheryl provided us with information to appropriately list our home and in 10 days we received a full price offer through another Realtor and the sale has now successfully closed. We highly recommend this team, Cheryl Bare and assistant. Cheryl knows how to advise an owner on presenting the home for sale and although she did not make the sale herself, she was with us every step of the way to closing.

There were many challenges encountered over a 4 month period from preparing our house for listing, to its timely sale and closing amidst declining market conditions. Cheryl's team approach provided care, expertise and assurance to resolve several critical issues along the way, culminating in a winning strategy to meet our expectations. Cheryl's knowledge and experience helped us identify excellent, reasonably priced contractors for our property prep, as well as a reputable local moving company for our move to PA, saving us nearly $10,000. She also offered decisive opinions which guided our decision making in unfamiliar areas Cheryl's assistant Melinda Sasscer also provided superb, diligent and timely support. She meticulously evaluated paperwork and discovered an HOA issue which could have otherwise delayed the sale. Melinda also kept communications flowing on issues from both the buyer's agent and title company. I would certainly choose Cheryl Bare again, and highly recommend her for your consideration.

We asked questions about our family dynamics, work commute, home preferences and "deal breakers" to show us only homes that would work best for us. She responded to emails around the clock and looked at my inquires from other house-hunting websites, as well as recommending homes she knew from the MLS. Her inside knowledge, communication and dedication all helped tremendously on such a short, successful, house hunting trip!
