Seller reviewOn a scale of 1 to 10, Cheryl Bare is a 10+, grade A Realtor! She is the Realtor you eant selling your home. First, customer service was exceptional from beginning to end from Cheryl and her assistant, Melinda. They stayed on top of every situation regarding the sale and provided prompt responses to all parties. This kept the process moving forward at all times. Which resulted in a purchase of our home in a rather difficult timeframe to be selling right now. Cheryl's guidance was the key factor! Second, Cheryl is very professional, available, caring and has great customer service! Additionally, Melinda was a pleasure to work with (Cheryl's assistant). She was well informed, professional and provided excellent customer service. Lastly, we would highly recommend Cheryl, because she will work hard and the job will get done!!!!

Seller reviewCheryl made us feel as if we were very important to her. She understood our ages of 75 and over and that we had not sold a house for 32 years and were a bit "out of the loop" as far as how things were with selling a house at this time. Cheryl seemed sincerely concerned about us and what things might affect us adversely. We felt Cheryl would truly have our interests at heart, and she did. We are now in Florida, but we would recommend Cheryl to those we know who are making a move in Maryland, or making a move from Florida to Maryland.

Seller reviewWe use Cheryl every time we bought or sold! When I say we I am talking about all of our friends and ourselves. No one has had anything but great things to say about Cheryl. If you don't like a house when your looking to buy, she won't waste your time. She gives it to you straight when buying and selling. We were recommended to Cheryl by a friend and have referred her to several other friends who have all sold their homes!
