Seller reviewCheryl made us feel as if we were very important to her. She understood our ages of 75 and over and that we had not sold a house for 32 years and were a bit "out of the loop" as far as how things were with selling a house at this time. Cheryl seemed sincerely concerned about us and what things might affect us adversely. We felt Cheryl would truly have our interests at heart, and she did. We are now in Florida, but we would recommend Cheryl to those we know who are making a move in Maryland, or making a move from Florida to Maryland.

If you don't like a house when your looking to buy, she won't waste your time. She gives it to you straight when buying and selling. I am a very demanding person who has bought and sold many properties over the years so I know the process and what makes a good agent. Cheryl met and exceeded my demands and proved time and again she was not just a good agent but a superb agent. My house was a challenging property to sell and there were problems and setbacks along the way but she used her knowledge and expertise to come up with creative and solid solutions to keep the process moving toward a very successful end. If you have a chance to get Cheryl Bare as your agent and you don't then you're settling for second best.
