We would not consider any other agent except Cheryl to handle our real estate needs. We were upside down on our mortgage and Cheryl worked with us for more than three years giving us advice in positioning ourselves to purchase a new home. She helped with the strategy of where we needed to be and tirelessly showed us numerous homes for sale. She has incredible patience! Once we were ready to place our home for sale, Cheryl brought in a buyer before we ever got our home on the market and that buyer gave us more than asking price. God gave us a miracle in selling our home so quickly and for bringing Cheryl into our lives. Cheryl is a professional, in a class and category above all other agents and number one in her field. Although Cheryl is very busy handling many clients, she always responded to our calls, texts or emails in a timely fashion. She used all her marketing tools to generate traffic for our home, which led to the sale of our home during the timeframe we were hoping to sell it. Cheryl guided us through the whole sale process and is now assisting us with the sale and construction of a new home. Thank You Cheryl Bare!!!
