Seller reviewCheryl and her team are very, very responsive. They always answered our calls, texts, and emails quickly and in most instances within seconds. Selling a house is stressful and Cheryl's advice, attention to detail, constant communication, and quick follow through really made it seamless for us. I just appreciate these ladies immensely and how much they did to take the pressure off us. Bottom line, we had a contract in less than a week to include all the conditions we wanted. We could not have asked for anything better; I highly recommend Cheryl for anyone buying or selling a house.

They guided me through making updates to my property to make it show in the best possible way, reviewed numerous comps with me to determine an appropriate sales price, and were on top of everything from signing a contract to making it through numerous inspections and finally to the settlement table. I had a contract within 2 days and went to settlement within 4 weeks. I would highly recommend this team to anyone. They quickly addressed any questions or concerns that I had and kept in constant communication with me.
