They guided me through making updates to my property to make it show in the best possible way, reviewed numerous comps with me to determine an appropriate sales price, and were on top of everything from signing a contract to making it through numerous inspections and finally to the settlement table. I had a contract within 2 days and went to settlement within 4 weeks. I would highly recommend this team to anyone. They quickly addressed any questions or concerns that I had and kept in constant communication with me.
