Seller reviewKaren Close is a lovely person and makes you feel comfortable immediately upon meeting her. I met Karen nine years ago when I started my search to purchase a home. I had relocated to VA from MA and was completely overwhelmed! She knew exactly what I was looking for after only a few minutes. I bought the first place she showed me. So when it was time for me to relocate back to MA and sell the house she helped me find nine years earlier, I immediately contacted Karen. I completely trust her judgment and her knowledge of the marketplace. She did EVERYTHING to make the process of selling my home as stress free as possible for me. I wouldn't work with any other broker.
