Seller reviewI found Karen to be a unique blend of pragmatic and professional, on one hand, and warm and personable, on the other. As I mentioned earlier, she was persistently upbeat, which a seller needs--selling a house is more difficult than I had thougt. At the same time, she was frank about the market value of the house and what I needed to do to prepare it for sale. This meant that my expectations were realistic and in line with the outcome.
