We looked for close to 8 months and Karen was informative, supportive and patient throughout our process. Then, in a competitive bidding situation, Karen guided us along a path that eventually landed us the contract. We will absolutely recommend Karen to others in need of an agent, and would love to do business with her again ourselves (although we don't plan on leaving our fabulous new home any time soon!).

Seller reviewI found Karen to be a unique blend of pragmatic and professional, on one hand, and warm and personable, on the other. As I mentioned earlier, she was persistently upbeat, which a seller needs--selling a house is more difficult than I had thougt. At the same time, she was frank about the market value of the house and what I needed to do to prepare it for sale. This meant that my expectations were realistic and in line with the outcome.
