Seller reviewWe first encountered Karen Close fifteen years ago at the opposite end of a real estate deal -- she was the sales agent on the Arlington family home we were purchasing. We were so impressed with her skill as an agent and market knowledge that we hired her several years later to sell our former house (which we had been unable to unload when the housing bubble burst in 2008). Flash forward a decade and we turned to Karen again when we were ready to sell the family home. She gave us invaluable advice as to how to prep the home for sale and how to price it. She sold the house in four days, at a price higher than our asking price. Karen is a veteran agent and consummate professional, not to mention an incredibly decent and honest person. We could not recommend her more highly.
