Buyer reviewWe are experienced real estate buyers and sellers. This closing was by far the most difficult that we have experienced. The problem was not on our side but on the seller side. Karen made the very difficult situation better. She was supported extremely well by the broker ,Todd Hetherington ,who also came in at a crucial time to ensure that the deal would close. Without both of their efforts we could've lost over a hundred thousand dollars. We can't thank them enough.
