And, throughout the process she remained enthusiastic, friendly and highly efficient. Added to the complexities was the pandemic. Karen's constant engagement and creative approaches kept a really fabulous buyer committed until the close. I'm not sure who the 2020 Realtor of the Year will be, but whoever it is, they just can't be any better than Karen Close and her team!

Karen handled our entire sale while we were at our home in Florida and went the extra mile to take care of things that we couldn't from Florida. She provided excellent advice on what we needed to spend to prepare the house for sale and just as important, what we didn't need to spend. We ended up netting more than we expected - especially during the pandemic. iI's hard to imagine that there's an agent more capable or hard working.
