We had one contract fall through, but Karen was ready with a second offer at nearly the same price. She helped us remain positive about the prospect of a successful sale throughout our interactions with her. Valerie Burke , Karen's assistant, was uniformly responsive and helpful whenever Karen was unavailable. We initially planned to put our home on the market a year earlier, and when we decided to delay, Karen remained engaged and encouraging while we considered a new sales timetable.
