Seller reviewWe interviewed several agents an were impressed by Karen's positive attitude and her ability to listen to us and understand our needs. We had one contract fall through, but Karen was ready with a second offer at nearly the same price. She helped us remain positive about the prospect of a successful sale throughout our interactions with her. Valerie Burke , Karen's assistant, was uniformly responsive and helpful whenever Karen was unavailable. We initially planned to put our home on the market a year earlier, and when we decided to delay, Karen remained engaged and encouraging while we considered a new sales timetable.
