Even though I moved to another state, when it came time to close on the house everything went smoothly. Dave and his team Amber and Katie did an amazing job and I would absolutely recommend them.

They are professional, competent, friendly and kept me informed via text, email and phone calls as necessary... I feel their strength is their excellent communication and feedback I received, from prepping the home for sale, setting an appropriate price, managing my expectations, the sales negotiation with the buyers, and the closing was absolutely perfectly handled... everything well prepared, I was informed in advance of all requirements and the closing was quick and easy. Selling the house in the middle of COVID lockdown was a challenge; we tried different tactics, including walk thru videos, homeowner photos, etc. I feel they excelled during a difficult time...
