They are professional, competent, friendly and kept me informed via text, email and phone calls as necessary... I feel their strength is their excellent communication and feedback I received, from prepping the home for sale, setting an appropriate price, managing my expectations, the sales negotiation with the buyers, and the closing was absolutely perfectly handled... everything well prepared, I was informed in advance of all requirements and the closing was quick and easy. Selling the house in the middle of COVID lockdown was a challenge; we tried different tactics, including walk thru videos, homeowner photos, etc. I feel they excelled during a difficult time... I would highly recommend this team in the future! Dave Abdallah, your team is excellent, thanks for representing me!

He asked to come over and see the property and after speaking with him I called the other realtor and canceled the appointment. He was that good. Thank you to Mike and the century 21 team. Mike's confidents and knowled made me trust him the first day. He was very professional and sold my home fast. I had six strong offers in less than2 days on the market and I really appreciate that. The entire team was great Katie and Amber kept me up to date with everything. My experience with this century 21 was great from beginning to end.
