Seller reviewDavid Taylor provided invaluable assistance in the sale of our Crown Point home. He spent a lot of time looking over our property carefully, and gave us important advice and vendor references for increasing the appeal to potential buyers. He was very knowledgeable about our neighborhood and did a lot of research to come up with the best possible selling price. David was very accessible, and followed up frequently with recommendations during the time our home was on the market. Because we were selling during a slow time of the year, David went above and beyond to publicize our home sale with multiple open houses, print ads, and realistic price reductions. When we got an offer, he negotiated on our behalf late on a Friday night and over the weekend to expedite the signing of the contract, and handled our closing for us after we moved out of state. David is friendly, patient and professional, and always made us feel confident and respected.
