Cecilia from the beginning was very friendly and professional. She came across as very knowledgeable about the current market and made several excellent recommendations for improving our house. The investment in these changes, like painting the house, putting in new carpet, new vanities, etc. was easily recouped in the sale of the house and I believe without them we would have had a much lower sale price. I would not hesitate to recommend Cecilia to anyone looking to sell their home in a quick and rewarding manner.

Fang Liu did a good job in preparing all the paper work to ensure nothing was missing and everything was signed by both buyer and seller. She's always punctual for weekend open house. Was always available to talk to even after business hours. Very helpful in providing information whenever I needed it.
