I knew Peter Chin was a former professional property manager of San Francisco properties. However, don't be fooled by his calm and amiable demeanor. When he found out the buyer's agent we were dealing with wasn't playing by the rules, he was furious on my account. He then proceeded to put that broker on a short leash to make sure he didn't stray too far from the path he should have been on. So Peter knows how to handle people whether they be tenants, buyers, or brokers. I know Peter did his best to do what was in my best interest. I have no doubts that he does the same for his other clients. Therefore I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or hire him again.
