Seller reviewI had resided there twenty years and had no clue about short sale. I spoke with a few competitors., I even left messages with no returnand was frustrated. Erica returned call in a very reasonable time and statex she'd be glad to help me with short sale Nd other factors i explained to her. {Im thinking she said that she hadn't do e many short sales, cant remember, but would be glad to work through the process if i trusted in her. Ifelt good when she said the part about having trust in her. Because i felt someone willing to handle my circumstances wS also putting trust in me the other thing was she wS willing to do it knowing with short sale she might not make much Nd my house needed help bad snd she helped with that too!!! 6}

There was never a time we waited longer than 2 minutes for a return text or call! She was easy going and so knowledgeable that she helped to novices feel like home shopping experts! Her kindness was unparalleled. Although we had an agent in the family and three realtors at church we knew she was the right choice for us! I don't have words to express the sheer gratitude we have for Erica Edwards. This experience was full of joy because of her reassurance, knowledge, and professionalism.

She helped tremendously with decluttering, packing up non- essentials and getting our home staged and ready to sell. Despite the frigid February weather, she had an open house every weekend and we accepted a full price offer in less than 3 weeks. I recommend her highly and with no reservations.
