There was never a time we waited longer than 2 minutes for a return text or call! She was easy going and so knowledgeable that she helped to novices feel like home shopping experts! Her kindness was unparalleled. Although we had an agent in the family and three realtors at church we knew she was the right choice for us! I don't have words to express the sheer gratitude we have for Erica Edwards. This experience was full of joy because of her reassurance, knowledge, and professionalism.

Seller reviewOutstanding performance by Erica Edwards. Erica responded immediately to all calls and text messages. She was easy to work with and highly motivated to get our property sold. She helped tremendously with decluttering, packing up non- essentials and getting our home staged and ready to sell. Despite the frigid February weather, she had an open house every weekend and we accepted a full price offer in less than 3 weeks. I recommend her highly and with no reservations. She was a true gem to work with.
