We were in desperate need for a new place closer to our jobs and when we told her that we loved the place and that we wanted it right away she didn't hesitate to tell us what we needed to do first and if we didn't have an agent yet she would be more than happy to help us. She always told us that if we had questions not to hesitate to ask and we did have ALOT of questions. She was very patient with every question and even helped us get our dog approved to move in! We really appreciate everything she's done for us and hope that we will keep in touch and get to hang out sometime as friends! Thank you again Renee!!

Buyer reviewIf you're looking for someone who is very knowledgeable of Hawaii, someone who understands both civilian and military lifestyles, some who has lived in other places, who also owns their own home (PERSONAL EXPERIENCE IS AWESOME), then Renee Watkins is the one to choose. I had not one dissapointing thing or negative to say about her. If I were to purchase another home, Renee Watkins will be the woman I will contact first!

She guided us through a tough buying process, was always very responsive, answered all our questions and showed us all properties we were interested in, giving her honest opinion and we really appreciated that! She has always been so personable and caring in my interactions with her. Her husband Ron helped us to view properties on Facetime, since we bought while living in other state. He was very patient and showed us all the properties in detail. Great experience! Not only this couple were involved, but they took our personal well-being into full consideration as we progressed to final closing.
