Seller reviewErin was like a fairy godmother throughout the sale of my home. She was low key but on top of things, professional and friendly, and with her team approach, we had an accepted offer within a week of listing. She listened to my goals and communicated throughout. She kept me informed on things I needed to know about, but I know she did a lot behind the scenes to get things done and save me from stress. Thanks to her, what I thought was going to be one of the most stressful events in my life was practically stress-free. Her additional effort was 100% above and beyond and much appreciated. She is literally magical. I recommend her to anyone and everyone, and when I return to the island, she will be my first stop to shop for my new home!

She was confident about the whole process which allowed me to be able to relax more seeing as this was the first time going through both buying and selling a home. Any questions I had with selling my home was answered very quickly and everything went extremely smooth. Even though we had a couple hiccups, Erin was able to react and always had multiple solutions the any issues. 10/10 would hire! Even though she had many other customers, I never felt like I was competing for her attention. Always upfront and honest with everything! with Erin's help I was able to get the most out of my home and quickly!

My kids loved her, it made our house hunting fun. I could text her after hours and she'd be there for us for any questions/concerns.
