It was very clear Erin was interested in helping us and not worried about a commission check. She worked quickly and got our home on the market in less than a week. We listed on a Wednesday and had a full asking price offer four days later with a back up offer the following day. Selling a home requires a lot more steps than the mainland. Erin handled those extra service requirements (example: termite inspection and cleaning service). She referred reliable and inexpensive service professionals to take care of the repairs required to complete the sale. Erin was an effective buffer between us and the buyer's agent who was a pain to work with. I wouldn't use anyone else to buy or sell a home for us in Hawaii.
