Seller reviewErin was great to work with. Her knowledge about our location was an invaluable asset to have. She was honest and upfront with what she thought the value for the house was and the house sold at the value she thought it was worth. She does a good job in explaining why its beneficial to price the house at a realistic selling cost instead of over estimating the value and having to keep making price corrections in order to sell the house. She was very accommodating to our busy work schedule and wouldn't hesitate meeting us on a weeknight at 8pm, or on Saturdays. She worked around our schedule which made it a whole lot easier on us.
