She is very knowledgeable of the area of the real estate market and what is a fair pricing of homes in the area. Felicia, was pleasurable to work with patient kind always available and workable with my schedule as looking for a Home took me in the area that I wanted to be in and the homes that I wanted to see. She answered all the questions that I had in selling and buying a home and only wanted me to feel comfortable in the decision I made. Felicia was very knowledgeable of the are and was attuned to my needs. Answered any questions and concerns that I had even when I asked the same questions over and over again. Was very aware of the market and culture in the neighbor I was selling my house in. Felicia was right on top of every process that I needed to do and any professional that I needed to reach out to. I could not have asked for a better agent to work with. Although selling your home after 44 years is emotional, she made the process less stressful.
