Buyer reviewFelicia was very knowledgeable of the are and was attuned to my needs. Answered any questions and concerns that I had even when I asked the same questions over and over again. Was very aware of the market and culture in the neighbor I was selling my house in. Felicia was right on top of every process that I needed to do and any professional that I needed to reach out to. I could not have asked for a better agent to work with. Although selling your home after 44 years is emotional, she made the process less stressful.
