Seller reviewI contacted Michelle Libby to help sell our family's property. My family had contacted other brokers/agents and were not happy with their assessment of the property's value. Michelle understood the Lake market and the area market and then proposed a marketing plan to publicize the sale of the property. It was Lightyears ahead of the "local" agents' plans. She made suggestions on staging, clean up, repair and replacement and set the plan in motion. It worked! She sold the property for $159,000 MORE than what the local agents had suggested as an asking price! She is THE BEST agent in the area! Ask Michelle to sell your house, you will be very glad you did.
