A company that was interested in buying our home brought Michelle Libby in because they respected her opinion regarding our local market, then they ignored it. We, however did not and while we did not continue dealing with that company we enthusiastically engaged Michelle to act in our interests, both in selling our home and in purchasing a new one. Michelle's heart and core decency show in everything she does. In a profession deservedly noted for having more than it's fair share of integrity challenged individuals she is a rare gem. Our buying experience was made miserable by the seller's broker who misrepresented the property, failed to communicate adequately with the seller or Michelle and threw up other roadblocks that Michelle handled with aplomb. It can not be stated strongly enough how difficult and discouraging the seller's broker made the entire purchase experience. We had multiple communications with the sellers and they were thoroughly disgusted as well. Michelle's tenacity and understanding of our goals saved the sale on more than one occasion. In recognition of her integrity and sincerity we convinced dear friends of ours to terminate their relationship with another agency that was failing them and list with Michelle. Their home is now under contract. Selling a home that you have lived in for 25 years is a daunting experience, buying one that was listed with a less than dedicated and sincere agent even more so. Michelle did yeoman's work in bringing both sales to a successful conclusion and did it with a 'we've got this' attitude that we will always appreciate.

Michelle is an energetic, non-stop go getter! She has a bright and welcoming personality that is a pleasure to work with. She knows her buisness and would be recommended to everyone we know. She definitely gave it her all to give us the best possibilities with our home. We love Michelle!!!

I would highly recommend Betty to anybody that is looking for a home in the Merrimack Valley. It took plenty of showings to find the right place but Betty was there to help the entire time and made the process feel as easy as possible. We might have put a couple hundred miles on Betty's car and spent a few hours in traffic but she never let us give up hope that we'd eventually find our home! When we locked in on a place, Betty was lightning quick to put in offers and exchange info with the sellers. We missed on a few offers but when we found the perfect home, Betty did everything she could to ensure we wouldn't lose! There are so many steps within the process she kept us up to speed on exactly what was happening and what we needed to accomplish. I'd love to work with Betty again but the hope is that won't have to happen for a while!
