We were matched with Mary Sue by Realtor.com when I was interested in a property. I could tell by our first phone conversation that she would be perfect for us! Mary Sue was awesome!! She paid attention to EVERYTHING, every step of the way and intervened with mortgage people when necessary...which was OFTEN, I am certain we would never have been able to buy this amazing lake house without her! Can't say enough good things about Mary Sue! She's the best and I now consider her a friend! It was clear from the start that Mary Sue would not only be easy to work with, but that she really CARED about not only helping us find the perfect house, but to make the process as easy as possible. We had some big glitches during the process...primarily with the communication and effort on the part of the lender...and Mary Sue continuously fought on our behalf to keep the process moving forward! She never wavered in her dedication. I know she works on commission, but Mary Sue deserves some sort of gigantic bonus for what she did for us!
