We live in MA and were purchasing in ME so local knowledge and a clear understanding of our needs were of utmost importance. Mary Sue far exceeded all expectations! If there were ratings beyond EXCELLENT Mary Sue would get the check boxes! Mary Sue did a tremendous job in assisting with our home search. Mary Sue attended open houses, took extensive videos of properties and handled all negotiations on our behalf. We ran her ragged at times but she never complained...a true real estate trooper! Can't say enough about Mary Sue...not enough superlatives to use! I'm hoping she will still be in the business when we are looking to sell or up-purchase in the area, we love ME. If any of our friends or family mention looking in the area, they will be directed to no one other than Mary Sue! We love her!!!
