She put it on the market at a price meant to attract many types of buyers and predicted (accurately) that the market would correct up or down - in our case up - to true market value. She and her team were personally attentive to ensure that I had submitted all necessary documents and talked us through every detail of the process. She also provided references for vendors to do small repairs, contents removal, and cleaning in preparation for the sale. She was professional and nice. Great combination!
