She gave us much needed advice for preparing our home for sale, and marketed the house with virtual tours and a virtual open house with great success--during COVID. Tracey helped to us to ratify a contract in a matter of days and for top dollar. Tracey clearly knows the market and utilizes all the tools at her disposal for a successful sale. Buyer reviewDue to our situation, we had flexibility on our purchase timeline and Tracey let us drive the properties that we wanted to see and didn't pressure us into purchasing a house that we weren't going to love. Tracey did an amazing job working with us to make sure that we found the *perfect* house, within our budget on our timeline. If I ever end up selling and/or buying another home, I'm using Tracey!

Seller reviewTracey was extremely knowledgeable about the market and the right price for listing our house. She provided outstanding advice on how to present our house (e.g., what to "declutter") to make it appealing. The century 21 photography and 3D virtual tour were amazing and probably enabled us to sell our house almost immediately (for well above the asking price) despite the COVID 19 pandemic that was just beginning.

She was very attentive and worked around our schedule well and was available whenever we needed her to be, which was sometimes on quite short notice.
