He was there and ready to walk us through the entire buying process. I firmly believe that Jake's knowledge and negotiating skills are the reason that we were able to get an accepted offer on our home. Jake knows the market inside and out, he knows what properties are worth. He was upfront with us when he saw red flags or when asking/selling prices were out of line with appraisal values-we knew that Jake had our best interest! A+ realtor.
